We strive for near perfection in every service. If you’re not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will return and complete the job to your satisfaction.



Preparation for Your Appointment

Before our arrival, please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle, including under the seats, the trunk/cargo area, and any compartments you wish us to clean. We do not open or clean compartments that are locked or contain personal items. We also do not open or clean the spare tire area unless it has been emptied and prepared in advance.
If you request additional services beyond what was originally agreed upon, extra charges will apply.



Estimated Arrival Time

Our technician will contact you if they expect to be significantly early or late (more than 30 minutes). While we account for travel time, factors such as traffic, weather, and delays at earlier appointments may affect our schedule.



Canceling or Rescheduling Appointments

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a non-refundable fee of $100.00.



Service Liability

It is your responsibility to point out fragile, damaged, or non-functioning parts of the vehicle before we begin work. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

  • Electrical or mechanical issues

  • Scratches, swirl marks, dents, stains

  • Tears in cloth or leather upholstery

  • Cracks or creases in leather

  • Damage that occurs during normal washing, drying, buffing, or cleaning processes

If a clearly communicated concern results in a mishap, we will work with you to find a fair solution.



Safety Precautions

For safety and liability reasons, please do not ask our staff to:

  • Perform extra tasks not included in the original service

  • Use your ladders or car wash supplies

  • Lift or move heavy objects

  • Clean human or animal waste, blood, or bodily fluid.

  • Handle or restrain aggressive or barking dogs
