OUR CAR DETAILING PROCESS
Every car detail from Lux Detailer follows a systematic process. Exteriors receive a foam cannon pre-soak, pH-neutral hand wash, wheel and tire cleaning, and a ceramic spray wax. Higher tiers add a hand-applied heavy-duty wax and, on the Ultimate Enhancement Full Detail, single-stage paint correction. Clay bar decontamination comes with that top package, and we use it on any paint that needs it.
Interiors are vacuumed thoroughly, all surfaces wiped down, and glass cleaned. Upgraded packages include steam cleaning, carpet shampooing, leather conditioning, UV protectant application, and deep crevice extraction. Our top Ultimate Enhancement Full Detail combines a full interior reset with single-stage exterior paint correction — a complete transformation performed at your home using methods refined over years of hands-on experience. A large vehicle means a 3-row SUV, van, lifted or dually truck, or anything oversized. The fee is shown on each package above. Heavy pet hair, embedded stains or sand may need Custom Work at $120 per hour, always quoted on-site before we start.

Every car detail follows our proven multi-step process. We begin with a thorough foam cannon pre-wash to loosen surface contaminants, followed by a meticulous two-bucket hand wash using pH-balanced shampoo. We assess paint condition and apply professional-grade protection. Where paint is heavily contaminated we clay it first — we do not clay every car by default, because claying without a follow-up polish can leave fine marring, and paint already in good shape is better left alone. On a genuinely gritty car a clean finish wins every time. Inside, surfaces are cleaned and conditioned, with UV protectant on the dashboard and trim, and steam used wherever a surface needs it. Our fully equipped mobile unit arrives with purified water, commercial-grade extractors, and premium products — transforming your vehicle without you leaving home.
