No. Lux Detailer’s mobile unit is completely self-contained with onboard purified water tanks, power generators, and all necessary equipment. You do not need to provide anything except access to your vehicle and a suitable work area, ideally in shade when possible.
We provide mobile detailing throughout Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, Beaufort, Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill, and surrounding Lowcountry communities. Whether you are at home or at work, our mobile unit can reach you. Book online to check availability for your location.
A standard mobile detail takes approximately 2 to 3 hours, depending on your vehicle’s size and condition. Full details with paint correction or ceramic coating may take 4 to 6 hours. We recommend scheduling early in the day to allow adequate time for any protective coatings to cure properly.
We detail cars, trucks and SUVs, along with RVs, boats and motorcycles. We also offer interior and exterior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, mold remediation, and odor removal.
No. Lux Detailer does not offer paint protection film or window tinting. We specialise in detailing, ceramic coating and paint correction. For long-term paint protection, ceramic coating is the service we recommend.
Yes. Ask about our recurring maintenance program, which takes 10% to 20% off every visit, depending on how often you book. There are no contracts and you can cancel anytime.
Pricing depends on your vehicle’s size, its condition, and the services you choose. The fastest way to get an exact figure is to book online or request a free quote, and we will confirm your price before any work begins.

Yes. Lux Detailer carries full commercial liability insurance for your protection.
Cancellations and reschedules are free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Inside 24 hours, a $50 late cancellation fee applies. If we arrive and cannot work, because the vehicle is not accessible or available or the keys are not available, a $100 fee applies. If we ever cancel or reschedule on you inside 24 hours, you receive priority rebooking and $25 off your service.
Ceramic coating bookings require a deposit starting at $100. We invoice that separately before your appointment and apply it to your total.
In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest available time at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will gladly return to address your concerns at no additional charge.
