Roof cleaners made for the purpose strip away black streaks, tree sap, mildew and oxidation from rubber (EPDM/TPO) or fiberglass roofs, with no harm to coatings or seals. Next, the full exterior is washed by hand, one panel at a time. Soft brushes and pH-balanced cleaners keep fiberglass, aluminum and painted surfaces safe. The yearly buff and wax is Enhancement Correction, for a coach that is well maintained and shows only light oxidation. From Premium Wax upward, we seal the exterior with heavy-duty wax applied by hand; adding a ceramic coating brings defense that outlasts wax. Windows, glass, wheels and tires are detailed, and black streaks come off the sidewalls and slide-out boxes. A UV conditioner goes on all rubber seals and awning fabric to keep them from cracking.

Chalky sidewalls that leave residue on your hand do not qualify — that needs gelcoat restoration, quoted after inspection. Every exterior panel, decal and trim piece is finished by hand.
